If this is a true emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room and ask for the psychiatrist on staff. 

For existing clients, please check the procedure outlined in your intake paperwork under Psychotherapy Services Rate Schedule regarding cancellations. Please notify me as soon as possible if you do not expect to attend your appointment. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 5pm on the preceding Thursday. Appointments missed, or cancelled late will be subject to the full fee. 

Appointments are not made or cancelled via the contact form below. All cancellations sent in via this form will be billed as a "no show."
